At Gift Kulture, we strive to deliver high-quality customized products with a seamless shopping experience. Below are our policies regarding refunds and cancellations:

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Production Begins:
  
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production begins immediately.
• After Production Starts:
  
  • Due to the customized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
• Corporate & Bulk Orders:
  
  • Cancellation policies for bulk and corporate orders vary based on the order size and customization level. Contact our team for assistance.

2. Refund Policy

Since all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds except under the following conditions:

• Product Mismatch:
  
  • If the product received does not match the design approved by the customer, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
• Damaged or Defective Products:
  
  • If the product arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • A video of the unboxing is mandatory to claim a replacement or refund.
  • After verification, we will either replace the product or offer a partial/full refund, depending on the extent of the damage.

3. Refund & Replacement Process

• Step 1: Report the issue within 2 days of receiving the order by emailing info@giftkulture.in or calling +91-9930400093.
• Step 2: Provide order details along with photos/videos of the issue.
• Step 3: Our team will verify and respond within 3-5 business days with the best resolution.
• Step 4: If approved, a replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

• Customized products (unless there is a defect or mismatch).
• Orders canceled after production has started.
• Issues due to customer-provided low-quality images or incorrect specifications.
